Listing scorer
Listing photos you provide for the free Listing Scorer are analyzed in-memory and discarded. Casaroo retains only the specs you entered and the derived scores.
Walkthrough photos
Walkthrough photos are routed through a privacy-scrub step that pixelates likely PII — faces, mail, screens, license plates, and house numbers — before storage. EXIF and GPS metadata are stripped. Only the scrubbed image is stored, in a private bucket that is not publicly readable. If our detector can't confirm an image is clean, the entire frame is pixelated and quarantined for your re-confirmation before anything is saved.
Each stored photo records the consent version you accepted, the capture target (e.g. electrical-panel), and coarse area-level location only — never the exact address.
If you ask Casaroo to email you a report, we store the email address with the report and on a waitlist so we can reach you about it.
